Prosthetics
Prosthetics
We can replace missing teeth in various ways, depending on the nature of the defect. We always strive to achieve the best functionality and aesthetics in collaboration with the dental laboratory, within the patient’s financial possibilities. We focus on both fixed and removable prosthetics, as well as creating splints for athletes and for bruxism (teeth grinding).
– Bridge – a fixed replacement that replaces a missing tooth by anchoring to a neighboring tooth.
– Crown, onlay, overlay – a fixed replacement that reconstructs the crown portion of the tooth with the loss of one or more cusps, depending on the extent of the defect, or reinforces the tooth after endodontic treatment.
– Veneer – an aesthetic “shell” that covers the front surface of anterior teeth, most commonly made for aesthetic reasons, such as changing shape, shade, or covering extensive fillings on front teeth.
– Removable denture – replaces the complete dentition for patients who do not want or cannot use implant solutions.
– Partial removable denture – replaces multiple missing teeth for patients who do not want or cannot use implant solutions.
